COVID-19 STATEMENT – BUSINESS CONTINUITY & PEACE OF MIND FOR YOU!

Liquid Logics COVID-19 Update

On behalf of everyone here at Liquid Logics, our thoughts and prayers go out to all those impacted by the global COVID-19 pandemic. We are closely monitoring the situation during this time of great uncertainty and taking every measure possible to ensure the health and safety of our employees, customers and communities.

As a valued customer, we wanted to reach out to ensure you that our business continuity plan is already setup and in place so that your system, data, training and support does not skip a beat, regardless of the rapidly changing circumstances. Whether we are in the office or working remotely, our day to day operations will not be affected. More importantly, you can rest assured that your systems are also ready to support your own remote operations as well.

In accordance with CDC guidelines, we have reviewed our business continuity to insure smooth operations during natural disasters and in this case pandemics.  Just like we are enabling you, all of our staff can work remotely. In addition to our development, training and support daily activities, we also want to let you know that our servers and infrastructure are secure, operational, monitored and positioned to continue operations and availability in “lights-out” mode. This means business continuity and peace of mind for your employees, investors and borrowers.

It’s times like these where having a 100% cloud-based system is more important than ever. This allows everyone from your team to access the system whether in the office or working remotely. Our collaborative system also ensures that all users can see all communications and status updates across all loans, so that everyone from your team is on the same page even if they’re in different locations.

Although this will be a difficult time for most people and businesses across the country, we are confident that if everyone does their part to stop the spread of COVID-19, we’ll emerge out of this stronger and more unified than ever.
